I was telling Priya how rude the girl was to me at the Bank once I told her that I had obtained my loan through a broker. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I asked her to print the discharge form off for me and she was very hesitant and rude. In the end I just walked out. It was ridiculous.

I’m not concerned about it, but it seems that they’re out to get you. I guess you are a treat to them. I must say they could learn a lot from you when it comes to efficiency and looking after customers.
